I am looking for a cell phone for people to call me on, I would rarely use the phone for outgoing.?
I have just moved to USA from UK, and find it hard to believe you are actually charged to receive a call!!!
Anyway, family will be calling me a lot, and I really don’t want to be charged!
Any pay as you talk services, or any not too expensive?
For international phone calls to the UK you are best off getting a homeline and a phonecard. Although you may be able to find a phone service with some cheap rates.
If you are just making calls within the US their is a phone service that gives you free incoming calls, that means it won’t charge your minutes unless you call someone. The phone service I am speaking of is Sprint and/or Nextel. I would research their phone services on their website if I were you.
