i accidently locked my LG Shine !! help !!?
ok so i just got my cell phone TODAY. even though its pre-paid but i was going through my phone and i pressed some thing with a lock. and then it said to put a PUK code. and i put in a password. and it wouldnt unlock and i did it all 10 times now it says that its blocked and it shows the sim card. what do i do. i feel so HORRIBLE thats all i could think about and i dont know how im going to tell my parents =/ do i need to get a new sim card ? and if so will my cell number change ? ugh please help !! please
if i buy a new sim card will my cell phone number change ? or will i loose any information that was in my phone
you locked your sim card not you phone. and the only thing you can do is call your service provider (eg. fido) and they will give you the password to unlock it. if not you have to buy a new sim card which is like 25$
