Here is the situation I am in…
My cell phone just recently crapped out on me. It literally DIED. My phone is no longer under warranty, so that is not an option.
My contract with my provider (Verizon) is up in just less than 2 months, and I really don’t want to extend my contract/sign a new agreement, etc… I really like the idea of not being locked into a contract.
Verizon told me I can do that, but I would have to buy a phone at full retail price. (Which is like $300 for the cheapest!) But the really cool customer service guy also told me that they can activate any phone I have for me to use, so he suggested that I could look online and purchase them from a discount site or something.
Where can I look to find these discounted phones?
Also, do you have any good phone recommendations? If so, how much is your reccomendation and where can I get it for that price?
