where can I buy a cell phone without having to sign a new contract?
I’m with AT&T and my phones a piece of junk. I’d like to purchase a new one, but don’t want to upgrade my plan.
you can buy from AT&T without signing new contract, but you must pay full price. You only get discounted price if you sign new contract!!!
