Is there a site where I can buy refurbished and/or cheap cell phones?
I just broke my phone and I am not eligible for a free upgrade through AT&T for another year… And the minimum price for a phone on the site and in stores is $169.00 Unless I want to start a new plan I am just looking for a site that sells refurbished cell phones for cheap ^^ Thanks for all the replies in advance
