Ringtones for Phones

i am looking for a legitimate wholesale cell phone supplier. The cell phones that im looking for are models from nokia, blackberry, samsung, and lg. Please i do not want OEM phones or fake ones, i am looking for a supplier that makes/manufactures real phones and that is liscensed by nokia, blackberry, samsung and lg to manufacter these phones. Also i dont want websites like alibaba or trade key b/c these websites have a lot of oem/fake cell phone suppliers.
